Who We Are
Education Service Center Region13 Pathways and Innovations, one of Texas’ twenty service centers, is dedicated to supporting the educational needs of the region. As a non-regulatory agency, we work collaboratively with school districts, offering assistance and fostering a supportive enviroment. Our mission is to empower teachers and administrators in their vital role as educators. Serving as a bridge between the Texas Education Agency and local districts, we provide essential information, training, and consultation for federal and state programs.

Our regional area spans across 56 counties, serving 53 school districts, 27 charter schools, 8 institutions of higher learning, and 18 private schools.
